Easily make a payment with a debit card or account from another financial institution with City & County Credit Union’s Online Loan Payment service.
You’ll need
- Member number, email, last 4 digits of social security number and birth date.
Be prepared with this information
- There is a $5.50 fee per online payment*. Phone payment fee is $9.99 - $19.99.
- Pay your City & County loan, excluding credit cards.
- Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
- Maximum transaction $2,500.
- Payment posted to your loan in 2 - 3 business days.
- To pay your loan in full, contact us at (800) 223-2801 during regular business hours.
*For recurring online loan payments the fee is $2 per online payment. Online option is for personal accounts only. Business account holders may use one of the free options below or the phone payment service.

With recurring ACH, City & County Credit Union can electronically make your loan payment from a checking or savings account at another financial institution.

Set up automatic payments to your loan from your City & County Credit Union checking or savings account.
Set it up yourself in the mobile app with 'Saved Transfers', in online banking with 'Scheduled Transfers', or contact us to assist.
