General Terms for All Loans

  • APR is Annual Percentage Rate. Rates updated October 23, 2024 and are subject to change without notice. 
  • Rates are based on an evaluation of your credit history and other factors, so your rate may differ.
  • The APR and monthly payment examples assume a 25% down payment on a purchase or no-cash out refinance with a 740 credit score on a 1 unit owner occupied (primary residence).
  • If the down payment is less than 20%, private mortgage insurance (PMI) will be required on the loan and could result in an increased APR and payment.
  • Rate locks – 60 days – No Fee
  • We are unable to support mortage loans in Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Washington DC or Vermont.

Payment example: On a $300,000 owner occupied (primary residence) home loan at a rate of 6.875% or 30 years, the monthly payment would be $1,970.79 resulting in a 7.077% APR. Payment does not include applicable taxes and insurance and may result in a higher payment.

Payment example: On a $300,000 owner occupied (primary residence) home loan at a rate of 6.250% for 15 years, the monthly payment would be $2,572.27 resulting in a 6.572% APR. Payment does not include applicable taxes and insurance and may result in a higher payment.

Additional Fixed Rate Terms

The 30-year fixed rate mortgage product with 3% minimum down payment (97% LTV) available to first time home buyers only. Fixed rate mortgages may be subject to FNMA fees based on credit score, LTV and other factors which may apply.
